At the Sierra Pines Resort restaurant, we use only the finest ingredients including Certified Angus Beef, Jumbo White Shrimp, zero trans-fat oil and, of course, fresh Trout right from our pond. A children’s menu is available.

Welcome to Sierra Pines Resort where we use only the finest ingredients including Certified Angus Beef, seasonal & locally sourced (when possible) antibiotic and hormone free and of course, Fresh Rainbow Trout! Most Entrees include warm homemade bread, side starch and a vegetable medley. Pasta, Fish & Meat entrées include a choice of Homemade Soup of the day or House Green Salad.

SALADS

Caesar Salad **

Organic Romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese & croutons with a homemade creamy Caesar dressing

Roasted Beet Salad * **

Organic red & golden roasted beets nestled on a bed of spring mix, red onion, goat cheese with a balsamic reduction.

Strawberry Spinach Salad * **

Fresh organic strawberries on a bed of spinach & arugula featuring spiced pecans & feta cheese with a citrus vinaigrette.

Zydeco Salad

Fresh spring greens topped with a 4oz. crab cake & 5 grilled shrimp.

Add a protein to any of the above salads:

Add a cup of soup for $5 or a bowl for $9

Prime Rib Au Jus **

Saturday nights only – while it lasts
A generous cut of slow-roasted Certified Angus Beef, served au jus with creamy horseradish.

Ribeye Steak **

14oz. Charbroiled Certified Angus Beef at its best. We cut our own steaks.

Beef Oscar **

Charbroiled Filet Mignon topped with crab meat, asparagus and Béarnaise Sauce.

Bacon-Wrapped Filet **

Charbroiled and bacon-wrapped Certified Angus filet mignon.

Rizo Pork Chop **

A local favorite – apple-brined, charbroiled & served with homemade apple sauce.

Fried Chicken

One half chicken honey dipped and deep fried to perfection.

Blackened Rainbow Trout **

Fresh from our own pond. Grilled with cornmeal & mild southern seasonings.

Sienna Salmon **

Grilled with Chef’s seasonings atop a fresh vegetable medley with mozzarella and gnocchi.

Shrimp **

Six white jumbo shrimp grilled with Chef’s seasonings & choice of sides.

Seared Scallops **

Six large sea scallops seared to perfection, served with choice of sides.

Tuscan Chicken

Grilled breast served with a creamy, sun-dried tomato sauce over a large bowl of pasta.

Spaghetti **

Served with the traditional Piazza family meat sauce.

Ravioli

Try this with either the meat sauce or the Tuscan sauce.

Sweet Potato Quinoa Cakes* **

On a bed of power greens served with a vegetable medley.
