Dinner is served from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., 7 Days a Week, May – October

Welcome! We use only the finest ingredients including Certified Angus Beef, seasonal & locally sourced (when possible) antibiotic and hormone free and of course, fresh Rainbow Trout! Most entrées include hot house-baked bread, side starch and a vegetable medley. Choice of homemade soup of the day or green salad.


Caesar Salad

Romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese & croutons with a homemade creamy Caesar dressing.

Roasted Beet Salad*

Red & golden roasted beets nestled on a bed of spring mix, red onion, goat cheese with a balsamic reduction.

Strawberry Spinach Salad*

Fresh strawberries on a bed of spinach featuring spiced pecans & feta cheese with a citrus vinaigrette.

Large House Green Salad*

Heirloom tomatoes, red onion, carrots, cucumber & croutons over spring mix with choice of dressings.

Add a protein to any of the above salads: Chicken Breast $9, Salmon $15 or Shrimp $12.


Prime Rib Au Jus**

Slow-roasted Certified Angus Beef served au jus with creamy horseradish. Saturday nights only — while it lasts.

Ribeye Steak**

Charbroiled Certified Angus Beef at its best — we cut our own steaks.

Pork Chops**

A local favorite — apple brined, charbroiled and served with homemade apple sauce.


Served with Cindy’s Piazza family recipe (traditional meat sauce).

Blackened Rainbow Trout**

Fresh from our own pond.

Tuscan Chicken

Grilled and served with a creamy sun-dried tomato sauce over pasta.

Sweet Potato Quinoa Cakes*

On a bed of wilted spinach served with a vegetable medley.

Sienna Salmon**

Grilled with blackened seasoning atop a fresh vegetable medley with mozzarella and gnocchi.


White Jumbo Prawns — Grilled** or beer-battered and fried.
